Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of production tracking systems, facility pipelines, review platforms and project management tools.
While these solutions are often efficient, they rarely cover the entire VFX production process from script breakdown and budgeting to on-set supervision, vendor management, editorial review and final delivery.

It led to the development of the LE KILAB Pipeline : a proprietary VFX production ecosystem designed from a supervisor's perspective and built around the practical needs of productions, VFX teams and vendors.

Main goal : centralize information, improve communication, reduce administrative workload and provide better visibility throughout the life of a project. All production, on-set and post-production data can be securely managed, cross-referenced and shared through a unified workflow while remaining compatible with existing studio, vendor and production environments. This is what makes LE KILAB more than a pipeline, it allows us to focus on the essentials : supporting you and making sure your budget is used where it truly benefits the show.

  • Breakdown tool
    The Breakdown tool allows for an instant quote after reading a scenario and updates it for each version of the script. The entire system operates within a database, enabling cross-referencing with other elements of the show.

  • Linux/Windows and macOS Application in the form of a Web application
    Perfectly secure and with no risk of data transfer, as it operates without an internet connection, this multi-user application allows for the input of all on-set data to provide vendors with all necessary information.

  • Shooting Report
    The on-set data management app is capable of automatically exporting shooting reports to production, with a proximity indicator to the original budget to help you.

  • Editing Analysis & Automated Breakdown
    the shot list, EDL, and movies are analyzed to generate a breakdown in couple of minutes and can be updated with new edit version.

  • Vendor & Production Coordination
    Centralized tracking of vendors, bids, deliveries, production requests and VFX status throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Technology & Workflow Innovation
    Continuous development of AI-assisted workflows, automation systems, editorial analysis tools, virtual production methodologies and LED volume workflows...

  • Storage Server
    2x16 Terabytes in RAID and mirrored serve as the storage for all film data.

  • Integrated Production Management
    The scheduling and all VFX operations are automated in a manner similar to an VFX OUTLOOK movie.

  • Photo Kit - Shooting
    LE KILAB is equipped with a complete shooting kit (Sony A7IV photo kit, grey ball, color chart, etc...). specific equipment can be considered upon request

  • Image Library
    All photo data is stored in an offline and secure library, interfaced in an HTML page allowing for browsing of all captured image material.
